Meet Elena

Elena started her journey as the “Pretzel Lady” more than 15 years ago as small fundraiser for her keiki. She started out by renting and sharing a booth at a local craft fair. You can now find her light and crispy pretzel treats across 8 Kauai stores.

Since the battle of Covid-19 started, we are cooking pretzels and delivering to all stores island-wide. We are also still catering to small events and also open for custom orders like gift bags or wedding favors.
